Grupo Ibersol strengthens its international expansion with its first hotel in Vienna | Ibersol Group in Spanish Mediterranean coast

In late August 2025, Grupo Ibersol took a key step in its growth strategy with the opening of its first international hotel, Ibercity Wien Schönbrunn, a 4-star urban property located next to Schönbrunn Palace in Vienna.

This addition marked the group’s entry into the international market after more than six decades operating in Spain. The hotel offers 118 rooms and services designed for both leisure and business travelers, including a restaurant, gym and business center.

The opening also represented the launch of Ibercity, the group’s new urban hotel brand aimed at expanding into major European cities and reducing seasonality.

With over 60 years of experience, Grupo Ibersol continues to strengthen its strategy focused on sustainable growth and diversification in the international urban segment.
