Important information of your reservation

Due to the restrictions imposed by the Spanish government in relation to travel and tourist stays and especially given the restrictions and impediments to operate normally in tourist establishments, we inform you that the communal areas of the hotel must remain closed until at least June 22.

 

The regulations applicated prevent the opening and normal operation of these areas. Therefore, the bar, restaurant, pool area, sun terrace and other services in communal areas will not be available for your use and enjoyment.

 

We understand that the impediment to the use of the common areas can be detrimental and in the IBERSOL group we are aware that the enjoyment and use could have been decisive for the completion of your reservation.

 

Quality in the provision of our service is a priority for the IBERSOL group, therefore we hereby inform you that you can change your reservation, with complete freedom and benefiting from a 10% discount to enjoy your stay on dates between 27 June 2020 and December 31, 2021. This discount will be applied to the total value of the new reservation proposed by you.

 

Such modification can be made through the channel used to make the original reservation.

 

In the event that the reservation is non-refundable with an amount paid on account, we inform you that we reserve this amount already paid to apply it to the new reservation and you will only have to pay the difference on arrival at the hotel on the new date.

 

If you do not wish to modify the reservation, the IBERSOL group will dedicate all its effort to meet your needs, however, and to our regret you will not be able to access the restaurant services and other services provided in communal areas, at least all with limited access. If you have contracted a meals, and due to the restrictions imposed by the Ministry of Health, we will apply a 10% discount on the total amount of the reservation for not being able to provide the services initially contracted, transforming your reservation into Accommodation Only.

 

We need you to indicate to us, providing the reservation information (hotel, arrival date and reservation number) if you are going to make your trip, your arrival time and province of origin. Likewise, if you do not provide this information within 72 hours, we will understand that you will not travel on the date of the initial reservation and you can notify us within 6 months of the date of the new reservation.
