    ● Parties, stag or hen parties or similar are strictly prohibited.
    ● Tourist tax not included. Pay directly at reception.
    ● It is strictly prohibited for more guests to stay than the number of people contracted and/or the maximum capacity of the apartments.
    ● For stays of 7 days or more, a weekly cleaning service is available.
    ● Towels are changed every 4 days and bed linen is changed every 7 days.
    ● The photos of the apartments are purely illustrative the décor and furnishings are subject to change.

      This apartment is part of a residential complex, which has its own internal regulations regarding the use of the facilities. You can consult them at reception. Upon arrival you’ll be required to:

      ● Present valid ID for all guests over 14 years of age.

      ● Pay a refundable deposit of: €150 per Ibersol Spa Aqquaria apartment. For groups, a €50 deposit per person will be applied. This deposit or pre-authorised amount kept on hold is refundable after check-out and is subject to inspection to assess if there has been any damage.
