When booking with Ibersol Spa AqquariaSuites Apartments, you need to be aware of the conditions for a pleasant stay with no surprises.
Conditions
Here are the most important things to bear in mind before you arrive:
● Animals and pets are not allowed on the premises.
● Stag and hen parties are strictly prohibited on the premises.
● The price does not include the tourist tax and must be paid directly at the reception.
● The number of people staying in the apartment must not exceed the number of people contracted or the maximum capacity of the apartments.
● For stays of 7 days or more, a weekly cleaning service is offered.
● Towels are changed every 4 days and bed linen is changed every 7 days.
● Apartment photos are strictly illustrative. The décor and furniture may be different.This apartment is part of a residential complex with its own internal regulations on the use of its facilities. You can ask about the rules at reception. Upon arrival, you’ll be required to:
● Present valid ID for all guests over 14 years of age.
● Pay a refundable deposit of €200 per apartment at Ibersol Spa Aqquaria Suites. For groups, the deposit is €50 per person. This deposit can be made by putting the amount on hold on the card through a reauthorisation and shall be refunded upon departure, subject to an inspection of the apartment for possible damage.
● At least one guest must be over 18 years of age.Reception and key handover times
● From Monday to Sunday: 09:00 - 00:00
● Check-in time: From 17:00.
● Check-out time: You must check out before 12:00.
Keys can be returned at reception during these same times.Key Pick-up Out-of-Hours
If you arrive outside reception opening hours, you can collect your keys from an automatic key lock box. An additional charge of €25 per booking applies. To avail of this service, you must let us know about your late arrival at least 48 hours in advance. In this case, we will send you detailed instructions by e-mail.
