Spa
An oasis of relaxation and well-being in the exclusive spa circuit of over 1,000 m2, which includes a foot bath, relaxing pools with a waterfall and pebble pools, a neck Jacuzzi, a fruit pool, a Turkish bath, a contrast bath (hot/cold), saunas, a water well, and a relaxation room. A perfect place to unwind and pamper yourself, escaping stress and revitalizing body and mind.

* Please arrive at the center at least 15 minutes in advance.
* Reservations can be canceled or modified by emailing spa@almunecarbeach.com at least 24 hours in advance during the center's opening hours. After this period, 100% of the service fee will be charged.* Service available for children 4 and older.
* Children must always be accompanied by their legal guardians.
* Access hours for children ages 4 to 15 are from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.TURKISH BATH: With eucalyptus essence and chromotherapy, it clears the respiratory tract and eliminates toxins through sweat, leaving skin soft and free of impurities.
CERVICAL JACUZZI: Hydromassage tub with lumbar jets, air foot massage, and cervical jets in water at 36°C for total relaxation.
CONTRAST BATHS (COLD/HOT): Helps improve blood circulation, relieving heavy legs and toning muscles.
SAUNAS AND WELL: Toxins are eliminated through sweating, and immersion in the cold well, ice friction, or a cold shower balances body temperature.
PEBBLE POOL AND WATERFALL: Walking on the pebbles activates circulation, providing a reflexology effect on your feet.
RELAXATION ROOM: A place to take a break or as a final element of relaxation.
Gym
Hotel Ibersol Almuñécar Beach & Spa **** guests can keep up their workout routine with cutting-edge equipment, with a cardio and weight training area not to mention water and towel services. A space whereguests work out when it suits them, keeping up their routine even when on holiday.
