Ibersol Group strengthens its culinary offering at Hotel Atrio del Mar and Gallery Restaurant | Ibersol Group in Spanish Mediterranean coast

Ibersol Group continues to strengthen its culinary strategy through the work being carried out at Hotel Atrio del Mar and particularly at Gallery Restaurant, where the group is promoting a cuisine focused on quality products, local ingredients and guest experience.

On May 11, representatives of the group took part in an interview with COPE and Onda Cero, where they shared the gastronomic vision that Ibersol Group aims to consolidate across its establishments and the initiatives being led by the company’s F&B department.

During the interview, the team highlighted its commitment to improving and renovating the gastronomic offering, incorporating local and Km 0 products, and expanding and diversifying the culinary experiences available across the group’s restaurants.
The privileged surroundings of the Mar Menor were also presented as a key added value to the hotel’s dining experience, reinforcing a proposal closely connected to the local environment and regional products.

The team also explained the philosophy behind the buffet concept and the goal of positioning Gallery Restaurant as a welcoming and product-focused culinary space, designed not only for hotel guests but also for local residents and professionals, becoming an open gastronomic meeting point within the community.
